Jennifer’s Blog Introduction
Hello! Thank you for visiting my blog! This is something that I am trying… My goal is to share words of encouragement, scriptures, etc. that the Lord places on my heart.
In life, we go through many situations, trials, and tribulations. I will discuss scriptures that I have held close to my heart to help me navigate through the trials and tribulations I have had to face. I have gone through many difficult seasons that I needed the Lord to strengthen and encourage me. To name a few: losing my parents, dealing with mental health issues, having low self-esteem, depression, etc. Even though I have had difficult seasons, I have also had numerous joys as well. Marrying a godly man who loves the Lord and loves me, having a career that I absolutely love, having the victory of becoming comfortable with the person I am... the list can go on and on. So while you read the blogs I post, I pray that you find encouragement to know you are special, you are fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image, and to always know that He is the One who will be with you with every step of the way.
Many times, I have asked the Lord, “What is my purpose? Why did you put me here on earth?” The Lord has spoken to me numerous times to remind me of my purpose. (1) To be His child. He wants me to be obedient to what He has asked for me to do, so my light can shine so that people may see my good works, but give Him all of the glory. (2) I am here to be an encouragement to others. I believe all the situations that I have faced and the things that I have learned are to be an encouragement to someone else. I can share, without a doubt, that the Lord brought me through it (He is not a respect of person). He can do the same thing for others as well. (3) I am a prayer warrior. I absolutely love the words of prayer. I thoroughly enjoy praying, touching and agreeing with others and interceding on others’ behalf. (4) I am anointed to be a teacher. Anyone who knows me, knows I absolutely love my job and my students. I call them “my babies,” but not only teaching in the natural stance in my classroom, but in other areas of my life as well.
As you read the posts that I upload, I pray the words you read will be an encouragement to you. Always remember, no matter what you need, you can find it in Jesus! So sit back and relax and always remember Jesus LOVES YOU! Many Blessings to you ALL! Love you bunches!
